By accessing or using ItsMyScreen ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The service

ItsMyScreen provides an online marketplace to discover, evaluate, and transact for digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising inventory. Features, inventory availability, and pricing are subject to change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use paid or binding features.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to:

• Access non-public systems, data, or accounts without authorization
• Introduce malware, scrape in violation of our policies, or overload our infrastructure
• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purposes
• Misrepresent inventory, pricing, or your identity

5. Listings, campaigns, and third parties

Inventory and campaign terms (including schedules, creative specs, and payment) may be governed by separate agreements between you and inventory owners or partners. The Platform may facilitate discovery and workflow; specific commercial terms are as agreed in those contracts or order flows.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, branding, and content we provide are owned by ItsMyScreen or our licensors. You retain rights to content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the service.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that inventory descriptions, locations, or performance metrics are complete or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ItsMyScreen and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform.
